Notice the bait. Leave it.

Attention is the skill most people feel slipping when they scroll too much. These games put bait in front of you and score what you leave alone.

A fake feed scrolls past. Tap the good posts. Leave the bait alone. The bait gets more ridiculous as you improve.

Tap the ink colour, not the word. Classic Stroop, with a cat. The cat yells the wrong colour at you.

How we train it

Notice the bait. Leave it.

01

The bait gets better as you do

Scroll Resist starts with obvious junk and ends with posts you would honestly tap. Levels track how much you let past.

02

Interference, not speed

Stroop Cat measures how well you ignore the word and answer the colour. Fast is nice. Correct is the score.

03

Your plan weights it

Pick focus in the web quiz and the planner gives these games extra weight in your daily Snack.

The honest part

Practising attention games improves attention games. We do not say SharpBrain treats or prevents ADHD. The ADHD screener is separate, free and never joked about. Read the longer answer
