Tests

Five tests. Every one says what it is.

Three are quizzes written in our tone, for fun and self-reflection. Two are published health screeners, shown in a calm layout with no characters and no jokes. Nothing here is a diagnosis.

ADHD Screener

What it measures: The ASRS v1.1 adult self-report scale, published by the World Health Organization. Original wording and scoring.

What you get: Whether your answers match the pattern that usually calls for a professional check.

Always free. Never paywalled.
A screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. Only a clinician can diagnose ADHD.

Anxiety Check

What it measures: The GAD-7 questionnaire. Original wording and scoring.

What you get: A band: minimal, mild, moderate or severe.

Always free. Never paywalled.
A screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. A severe result shows crisis resources for your country before anything else.

Rules we hold ourselves to

  • Share cards exist for the IQ estimate, Brain Type and Focus Personality only. Never for the health screeners.
  • The screeners use the ASRS v1.1 and GAD-7 questionnaires with their original wording and scoring.
  • A severe anxiety result shows crisis resources for your country before anything else.
  • Screener answers are encrypted on your device and never used for analytics or advertising.
  • No test is required to start a Snack. None blocks the first session.

If you need help now

A screener is a prompt to talk to someone, not a verdict.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. The app lists crisis lines by country. See the safety page for the full list and for how screener data is handled.
